Healthy Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies

The pumpkin obsession is REAL guys! I’m so obsessed with these pumpkin chocolate chip cookies that I had to share it with you all.  They’re flourless, butter free, and absolutely delicious.  My boyfriend loves them and he’s the ultimate critic of my healthy recipes.  I know I killed it when he doesn’t even realize they’re healthy 😉

Put on your favorite music, light some fall candles, and preheat that oven to 350 degrees.

Here’s what you’ll need:

  • 1 can of pure pumpkin (I used Libby’s Pure Pumpkin)
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons of honey
  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 3 tablespoons of brown sugar
  • 1 tsp of baking soda
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon of pumpkin spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • Bake at 325 for 15 minutes
  • Enjoy 😋😋😋
