Healthy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Banana Bread

Those cool late August mornings that hit you with the fall feels ๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜๐Ÿ˜

This is my gluten free peanut butter chocolate chip banana bread PERFECT for your cozy fall mornings ๐Ÿ˜‹

What You’ll Need:

  • 1.5 cups of coconut flour OR spelt flour
  • 4 small *ripe* bananas
  • 2 eggs
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup of brown suga suga how you get so flyyyy
  • 1/4 tsp baking soda
  • 1/4 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup (ish) of chocolate chips (then I sprinkled more on top)
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup of coconut oil (I melted it and then let it cool a little before adding it)

How To Make It:

  • Mash the bananas up into a bowl
  • Add the ingredients, mix it all up.
  • Grease up the pan (I forgot and had to pour it back into the bowl then power it back into the pan LOL)
  • Bake at 375 for 35-40 minutesย (mine took a little over 40 but every oven is different)
